Accounts Executive – Hiring

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to support our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in basic accounting principles and be highly proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for handling data, reporting, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, and petty cash
Prepare and maintain various reports using MS Excel
Perform monthly bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations to ensure accuracy
Process invoices, verify billing details, and maintain organized records (both physical & digital)
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in accounting or finance (Freshers with strong Excel skills can apply)
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data handling, basic reporting)
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
