Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately and on time.
Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, and credit/debit notes.
Monitor and update real-time stock data using accounting or ERP software.
Oversee inventory management, including inward and outward stock entries.
Reconcile stock discrepancies through regular physical verification and system updates.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain and organize all financial documents, ledgers, and reports.
Assist in monthly/quarterly closing and report preparation.
Support the management in preparing MIS reports, stock movement reports, and daily invoicing summaries.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.) and proper documentation for audits.
