Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Assistant / Trainee to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and supporting compliance-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain daily financial transactions
Assist in preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts
Handle accounts payable and receivable, along with bank reconciliations
Support GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and return filings
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Assist in audit work and data preparation
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / B.Com (Pursuing or Completed)
0–1 year of experience (Freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST
Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred)
Good numerical and analytical skills
Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field
