Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handling day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Preparation and posting of accounting entries in Tally/ERP software.
Bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account finalization support.
Preparation and filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return, Reconciliation).
GST compliance, notices, assessments, and departmental correspondence.
Preparation and filing of TDS Returns and related compliances.
Income Tax return preparation for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies.
Assisting in tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits.
Preparation of MIS reports, financial statements, and schedules.
Coordination with clients for accounting records and compliance requirements.
Ensuring timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.

Desired Skills

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
Hands-on experience in Tally Prime, Excel, and MS Office.
Ability to independently handle client accounts and taxation work.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance
Candidates with experience in Chartered Accountant firms will be preferred.

Experience Levels

Junior Accounts Executive

1–2 years experience
Basic knowledge of accounting, GST, and TDS compliance

Senior Accounts Executive

3–5 years experience
Ability to independently manage client portfolios, taxation, and compliance work
