Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management
Handle key OEM / Tier-1 customer accounts
Act as single point of contact for all customer communication
Maintain long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
2. Order & Project Management
Coordinate new product development (NPD) with customer and internal teams
Ensure timely receipt of PO (Purchase Orders) and forecast planning
Track order execution from tooling to production to dispatch
3. Coordination with Internal Departments
Work closely with Production, Quality, Tool Room, Planning, and Dispatch
Ensure adherence to delivery schedules and quality standards
Follow up on customer complaints and ensure corrective actions
4. Commercial & Costing Activities
Prepare and submit quotations (RFQ handling)
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts
Monitor contribution margin and cost control
5. Quality & Compliance
Ensure customer requirements like PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan are met
Handle customer audits and visits
Monitor rejection levels and customer PPM
6. Business Development
Identify new business opportunities from existing clients
Support new customer acquisition
Increase share of business with existing accounts
7. Reporting & MIS
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance reports
Monitor KPIs and present to management
