About the Role :

NEW SAFETY POINT is looking for a responsible, organised, and detail-oriented professional to manage client communication, maintain business records, handle basic accounting tasks, and prepare quotations and proforma invoices. The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating with clients, managing data, and supporting the company's day-to-day business operations.

Candidates with sales skills and a business development mindset will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Handling: Communicate with clients professionally, respond to enquiries, follow up on pending quotations, and maintain good client relationships.

• Data Management: Maintain client databases, sales records, invoices, quotations, order details, and other business documents.

• Accounts Management: Handle day-to-day accounting-related work, maintain payment records, track outstanding payments, and coordinate billing activities.

• Quotation & Proforma Invoice Creation: Prepare accurate quotations, proforma invoices (PI), invoices, and other commercial documents.

• Order Coordination: Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and project requirements.

• Follow-ups: Follow up with existing clients, pending enquiries, payments, and potential business opportunities.

• Reporting: Maintain organised records and provide regular updates on client communication, sales, payments, and business activities.
  

Preferred Skills & Qualifications :

• Good communication and client-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of accounting, billing, quotations, and invoicing.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email, and data entry.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

• Professional attitude, honesty, and willingness to learn.

• Prior experience in account management, office administration, sales coordination, or client servicing will be preferred.
