Job Title: Account Executive

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 Gross per Month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the organization in ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records.

Handle sales and purchase invoices, bills, and vouchers.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports and basic financial statements.

Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and outstanding balances.

Assist in monthly and annual closing activities.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Support the senior accounts team with other accounting-related tasks as required.

Requirements

2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.

Basic understanding of GST and TDS.

Good numerical and analytical skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.
