Account Executive

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team at at Parasrampuria Engineers Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries in ERP/Tally system.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Prepare and process invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.

• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.

• Maintain cash book, petty cash, and expense records.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.

• Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment-related queries.

• Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.

• Assist in stock and purchase reconciliation with stores and purchase department.

• Support in audit preparation (internal and external).

• Ensure timely payment follow-ups and collections.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
