The Account Executive will support the finance team in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, and record-keeping, to ensure smooth financial management of the transport/logistics business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records and assist with daily accounting tasks.
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and follow up on pending payments.
Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and track transport-related expenses.
Support financial reporting, cost analysis, and audit compliance.
