Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and advanced Excel skills to manage financial data, MIS reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
Handle GST, TDS, invoicing, and statutory accounting requirements.
Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, and auditors.
Ensure timely documentation and reconciliation of financial records.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.

Required Skills

Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts/Finance.
Advanced Excel is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF functions, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, and data analysis.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Experience with accounting software/ERP is preferred.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates from Garments/Apparel, Manufacturing, Retail, or Trading industries will be preferred.
