Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Beginner) to join our finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in accounting. The Accounts Executive will assist in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.

• Support in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.

• Handle data entry of financial transactions into accounting software.

• Assist in bank reconciliations and vendor account reconciliations.

• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports.

• Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Internship or project experience in accounting/finance.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other basic taxation concepts.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
