Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand architectural/interior design layouts and materials.

• Work on quotes based on drawings.

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

• Quantity Survey and preparation of Invoices

• Verify Vendor Bills

• Coordinate with Designer and Site managers and understand work executed

• Proficient in MS Office - Excel

• Good Communication skills, Spoken and Written
