 Ensure documentation accuracy to avoid demurrage, detention, and customs clearance delays.

 Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

 Ensure compliance with all import regulations, customs laws, and international trade agreements.

 Maintain accurate records of all import documentation and shipments.

 Liaise with internal departments (procurement, finance, warehouse) to ensure smooth cargo clearance and receipt.

 Handle amendments and corrections to shipping documents when necessary.
