Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15000 - ₹40000.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

   • Identify potential clients via online research, cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

   • Maintain and update the lead database regularly.

2. Client Interaction:

   • Initiate conversations with potential clients to understand their digital marketing needs.

   • Set up meetings and presentations with prospective clients.

3. Sales Pitch & Proposal Creation:

   • Create tailored digital marketing proposals and pitch decks.

   • Explain services such as SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Web Development, and Content Marketing.

4. Follow-up & Conversion:

   • Follow up on leads through calls and emails until closure.

   • Convert inquiries into confirmed business deals.

5. Market Research:

   • Research competitors, trends, and industry developments to suggest improvements.

   • Analyze client feedback and suggest service optimization.

6. CRM & Reporting:

   • Maintain accurate records of client communication and sales pipeline in CRM tools.

   • Prepare and share regular sales and activity reports with senior management.

7. Collaboration:

   • Coordinate with the digital marketing and technical teams to deliver client requirements.

   • Assist in drafting service-level agreements and contracts.

8. Upselling & Cross-selling:

   • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.

9. Target Achievement:

   • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
     

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a graduate and 0.5–2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
