🔧 Job Role – Rigger

Responsibilities:

• Installation and alignment of telecom equipment on towers (antenna, RRU, microwave, etc.)

• Rigging and cabling work for telecom equipment (RF cables, OFC, jumpers)

• Tower climbing for antenna installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Support BTS and node site installation activities

• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and PPE usage

• Coordinate with engineers and technicians for site readiness

• Prepare and maintain daily work reports and site pictures

Requirements:

• Must be physically fit and comfortable working at heights

• Basic knowledge of telecom equipment and components

• Prior tower rigging experience preferred

• Valid height safety training certificate is an advantage

• Willingness to travel extensively

🛠 Job Role – Telecom Technician

Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of telecom network devices (BTS, routers, switches)

• Handling OFC splicing, testing (OTDR), and troubleshooting

• Electrical and battery backup management at sites

• Site readiness checks and power audits

• Supporting engineers during integration and testing

• Maintaining documentation of network health and daily reports

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or Telecommunications

• Hands-on experience in field telecom operations is preferred

• Basic knowledge of OFC, RF, and IP networking

• Familiarity with tools like OTDR, splicing machine, and VSWR meter

• Willingness to work in field and travel to site locations
