Electronics Technician

Electrical Works:

• Perform routine electrical maintenance and repair tasks (lighting, switches, MCBs, wiring, etc.).

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate tools and equipment.

• Ensure proper installation of electrical systems and components as per safety standards.

• Carry out preventive maintenance on panels, DBs, transformers, and circuit breakers.

• Replace defective electrical components such as fuses, relays, motors, and fixtures.

• Assist in electrical upgrades and installations during renovation or new projects.

• Maintain records of all electrical maintenance activities and report to supervisors.

Plumbing Works:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, valves, faucets, tanks, pumps, and drainage systems.

• Identify and fix leakages, blockages, and low-pressure issues.

• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of water supply lines and drainage systems.

• Maintain and repair restrooms, water closets, urinals, handwash basins, and associated accessories.

• Ensure compliance with plumbing standards and safety norms.

• Manage water tank cleaning schedules and pump operations.
