पद का उद्देश्य

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

• दफ्तर की गश्त करना — परिसर की नियमित निगरानी कर संदिग्ध गतिविधियों को रोकना।

• प्रवेश और निकासी की निगरानी — आने-जाने वाले लोगों और वाहनों की पहचान और रिकॉर्डिंग करना।

• आग या अन्य आपातकालीन स्थिति में प्रतिक्रिया — जरूरी बचाव कार्यवाही और मदद करना।

• रिपोर्ट तैयार करना — दैनिक घटनाओं की लॉगबुक में विवरण दर्ज करना।

• ग्राहकों और कर्मचारियों को सहायता — सुरक्षा संबंधी जानकारी और मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करना।

• आपातकालीन उपकरणों की जाँच — जैसे आग बुझाने वाले यंत्र, अलार्म सिस्टम आदि समय-समय पर जाँचना।

आवश्यक योग्यताएँ (Required Qualifications and Skills):

• न्यूनतम शैक्षिक योग्यता — हाई स्कूल (10वीं से 12वीं) पास।

• प्रशिक्षण — सुरक्षा एवं पुलिस ट्रेनिंग, फर्स्ट एड या CPR में ट्रेनिंग हो तो वरीयता दी जाती है।

• शारीरिक फिटनेस — लंबी गश्त और सुरक्षा चेक के लिए और चुस्त-दुरुस्त होना।

• संचार कौशल — हिंदी और स्थानीय भाषा में अच्छा संवाद करने में सक्षम।

• ध्यान और सतर्कता — आपात स्थिति का त्वरित अनुमान लगाने और प्रतिक्रिया देने की क्षमता।
