Location: Residential Site

Shift Timing: 12 Hours – Fixed Night Shift Only

Working Days: 26 Days / Month

Job Responsibilities:

Security Supervisor:

• Supervise and manage guards on site.

• Ensure all posts are manned and guards are alert.

• Maintain site discipline and handle emergencies.

• Daily reporting to management.

• Conduct training & briefing of guards.

• Ensure visitor entries and logs are properly maintained.

Security Guard:

• Monitor and control access at the gate.

• Maintain visitor entry registers.

• Patrol the premises regularly.

• Report any suspicious activity or safety hazard.

• Assist residents and follow site SOPs.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass

• Age: 21 to 50 Years

• Should be physically fit and alert.

• Prior experience in residential security preferred.

• It is a Full Time Security Guard job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
