Key Responsibilities:
• Actively source and recruit security guards for various client locations.
• Screen candidates to ensure they meet our company's standards and requirements.
• Maintain a database of potential recruits and follow up with candidates.
• Collaborate with the central recruitment team to facilitate the on boarding process of new recruits.
Minimum Qualification Required & Skill Set :
Experience of recruitment in the security services industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel frequently to different locations within NCR.
Basic understanding of local labour laws and regulations.
