Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control entry points to ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.

• Maintain a visible and approachable presence in high-traffic areas, such as the emergency department, OPD waiting areas, and main entrances.

• Assist in crowd management during high patient inflow or emergency situations.

• De-escalate tense situations and handle aggressive or disruptive individuals calmly and professionally.

• Support hospital staff in dealing with unruly patients, attendants, or visitors when required.

• Prevent and report any suspicious activities, theft, or security breaches.

• Escort unauthorized individuals out of hospital premises when necessary.

• Assist in emergency evacuations or lockdown procedures.

• Maintain logs of incidents, interventions, and visitor records as directed by the Security Supervisor.

• Cooperate with police or emergency services during incidents.
