Plan and create customized tour itineraries based on client preferences
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local guides
Negotiate rates and contracts with service vendors
Handle bookings, invoicing, and ticketing
Provide clients with travel documentation and support (e.g., visas, insurance)
Monitor tours in progress and resolve any issues that arise
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve future offerings
Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and destination insights
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in travel software and Microsoft Office
