Make outbound fundraising calls to potential and existing donors.
Clearly explain the organization’s mission, goals, and specific campaigns.
Convince and motivate individuals to contribute financially.
Maintain accurate donor and call records in the database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.
Follow up with donors for pledge fulfillment and recurring donations.
Handle donor queries with professionalism and empathy.
Participate in team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident telephone manner.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Good listening skills and empathy towards donor concerns.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Prior experience in tele calling, fundraising, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
