Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and personable Business Development Executive to engage with exhibitors and companies participating in trade shows and exhibitions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals for our custom stall design and fabrication services.
Key Responsibilities:
Approach and engage with exhibitors/companies to present our custom stall solutions.
Build strong professional relationships through effective communication and rapport-building skills.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable design and service solutions.
Coordinate with the design team for preparing quotations and proposals.
Maintain a day-to-day log of calls, meetings, and updates in a clear, organized manner.
Represent the brand professionally, ensuring a positive and lasting impression.
Have a basic understanding of exhibition industry processes and trends.
Provide a final daily report on client interactions and progress.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of the exhibition/trade show industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and maintain new client relationships.
Basic understanding of design to assist in preparing quotations.
Organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Previous experience in exhibitions, events, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
