Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, marketing, and business development, with a strong focus on fieldwork and customer engagement.
This role involves direct interaction with potential customers such as restaurants, hotels, industrial kitchens, food manufacturers, consultants, and equipment dealers. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships, promoting our range of products, and closing sales through on-ground efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing clients across assigned regions to generate leads, demonstrate products, and close sales.
Identify, contact, and convert new customers such as restaurants, catering companies, hotels, cloud kitchens, industrial food producers, and dealers.
Understand client needs and propose appropriate machinery or induction-based solutions from our product portfolio.
Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations on-site or at client locations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable orders.
Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, inquiries, sales, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal technical and production teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
Gather and report market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.
Distribute brochures, catalogues, product samples, and promotional materials during field visits.
Work with the marketing team to generate content and customer feedback for social media and website promotions.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect testimonials from satisfied clients.
Develop and maintain a strong local network of channel partners, distributors, and referral agents.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Hotel Management, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in industrial equipment, kitchen equipment, or B2B sales.
Proficiency in regional language and Hindi; knowledge of English is a plus.
Comfortable with frequent travel and fieldwork across different cities or industrial areas.
Preferred Skills
Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships and understand client needs.
Technical understanding of commercial food machinery or induction-based kitchen products (training will be provided).
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
