We are seeking a result-driven and dynamic Sales Manager (Female) to join our growing real estate team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, driving successful property sales,
and overseeing the client journey from the first call to final closure.
Client Calling:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, explain property details, and understand client requirements.
Client Coordination:
Schedule meetings and follow up on leads to maintain client engagement through regular communication.
Site Visits:
Arrange and accompany clients for property site visits; highlight property features and benefits to influence customer decisions.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct presentations and property demonstrations for clients, addressing questions and concerns.
Negotiation & Closure:
Guide clients through the sales process, negotiate deals, and ensure timely closure of transactions.
Documentation:
Coordinate with legal and accounts teams to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with policies.
Relationship Management:
Build long-lasting relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitors’ activities for effective sales strategies.

Graduation in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
2+ years of proven experience in real estate sales.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Presentable with a positive and energetic attitude.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
