We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager (Female) to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and expand B2B client relationships at mid-senior levels.
Generate new business leads through effective data mining from Google, Just Dial, IndiaMART, and other relevant sources.
Build on our existing client base to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Visit client locations in Delhi NCR and Mumbai independently; represent the company in presentations and negotiations.
Demonstrate excellent English communication, both verbal and written, with a confident business presence.
Lead, motivate, and coordinate the sales team, ensuring effective work allocation.
Demonstrate professional negotiation skills, driving successful contracts and deals.
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, keeping a positive, go-getter attitude.
Work closely with our marketing and operations teams for seamless onboarding and account management.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends to offer innovative solutions to prospective clients.
Prepare insightful sales reports and share regular updates with management.
Uphold a customer-centric approach to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Female candidates with 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within digital marketing or related industries.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A goal-oriented mindset with the enthusiasm to chase and achieve challenging targets.
Confidence to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.
Proactiveness in exploring new business avenues and a self-motivated approach to lead generation.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, clients, and team members efficiently.
