Requirements:

Roles & Responsibilities:

🔹 Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups

🔹 Explain products and services to clients

🔹 Maintain relationships with our exporters via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

🔹 Maintain and update leads data in Excel and perform research for new leads

🔹 Prepare basic reports and documentation

🔹 Support the sales team in daily operations
