Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a strong network of customers and consultants.
Identify and service prospective customers to expand the sales pipeline.
Drive sales through organizing training sessions, providing sales materials, and offering constant support.
Ensure consistent lead generation and conversion of marketing leads into sales.
Monitor and analyse performance, providing regular updates and reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or channel sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Goal-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
