Sales Engineer

• Promote and sell a range of building material products (e.g., cement, steel, insulation, roofing, adhesives, etc.)

• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base within the construction sector.

• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.

• Develop relationships with decision-makers including procurement officers, site engineers, and project managers.

• Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on payments.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

• Provide technical support and after-sales service to clients.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activities in CRM software.
