Role Overview:
The Experience Center (EC) Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of the Experience Center, closely working with marketing and sales teams on all key initiatives. This role requires a balance of operational management, customer experience, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Experience & Sales:
Ensure superior customer engagement, build long-term relationships, and act as a brand ambassador. Drive sales conversions and address customer queries effectively.
* Team Management & Training:
Recruit, train, and lead the EC team. Set clear performance expectations, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
* Sales Reporting & Optimization:
Analyze sales data, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement. Work with the Regional Manager to implement best practices that enhance EC performance and profitability.
* Visual Merchandising & Presentation:
Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and in-store communication. Ensure the EC is clean, safe, and aligned with brand directives.
* Customer Relations & Feedback:
Strengthen customer retention through excellent service and proactive communication. Regularly collect and present feedback for internal improvements.
* Product Knowledge & Training:
Keep the team updated on product offerings, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Ensure accurate and effective information dissemination to customers.
* Cross-Team Collaboration:
Share insights with marketing and sales teams regarding lead quality and customer engagement. Collaborate to refine strategies and improve lead qualification.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in retail sales, especially in high-value products with heavy footfall.
* Background in home decor, interiors, construction, or furniture industry is highly preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
* Ability to manage operations independently and drive team performance.
