KEY RESPONSIBILITIES =
Interacting with high profile guests to promote the Hyatt Dining Club lifestyle membership program.
Handling member reservations, complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner. Work Timings: 1 PM to 10 PM. Weekly Off on Monday or Tuesday.
CANDIDATE PROFILE =
Presentable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Positive attitude, professional and outgoing personality is essential
Good command of the English language and time management skills.
Good communication skills and result-oriented.
On the job training will be provided. Career growth opportunities for deserving candidates. Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
Up to 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
