Roles & Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their property needs and provide suitable solutions.
Property Presentations:
Conduct property site visits, explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and address client queries.
Sales Coordination:
Assist clients through the booking process, documentation, and post-sales coordination.
Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to help clients make informed decisions.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Reporting:
Maintain regular reports of client interactions, deals closed, and prospects in the pipeline.
Eligibility Criteria:
Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory (both spoken and written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Willingness to travel locally for site visits and meetings.
Knowledge of real estate is a plus (training will be provided).
