📞 Calling & Lead Management

📍 Client Meetings & Site Visits

Schedule and conduct property site visits with potential buyers

Present project details, features, pricing, and USPs effectively

Deliver a professional and engaging on-site experience

💬 Sales & Relationship Building

Understand client needs and suggest appropriate property options

Handle negotiations and assist in closing deals

Build long-term relationships and generate referrals

📊 Reporting & Coordination

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams for lead nurturing

Submit daily/weekly performance reports to management

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of sales experience (real estate preferred, but not mandatory)

Excellent communication and people skills

Confident with cold calling and handling objections

Comfortable with fieldwork and conducting regular site visits

Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
