Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Generation Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT staff augmentation domain, specifically focusing on international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building a qualified lead pipeline, and contributing directly to our global growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Research & Identification

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients in need of IT staff augmentation services.
  
  

• Utilize LinkedIn, online directories, databases, and other tools to source contact information and pre-qualify leads.
  
  

Outbound Outreach

• Initiate contact with prospects through personalized emails, cold calls, LinkedIn messages, and other outreach channels.
  
  

• Effectively communicate WeAssemble’s value proposition and initiate meaningful conversations.
  
  

Pipeline Management

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  
  

• Maintain accurate records of lead activities and status updates in CRM tools.
  
  

Collaboration with Sales Teams

• Coordinate with the sales team to seamlessly hand over qualified leads.
  
  

• Assist in preparing client proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations.
  
  

Campaign Development

• Contribute to the planning and execution of targeted lead generation campaigns.
  
  

• Analyze and report on campaign performance to inform future strategies.
  
  

Networking

• Represent WeAssemble at relevant webinars, conferences, and networking events to identify opportunities and build relationships.
  
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation within the IT staff augmentation industry, preferably targeting international markets.
  
  

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead sourcing platforms.
  
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  
  

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
