Identify, recruit, and onboard new Financial Consultants (agents).
Train and develop them to achieve business targets.
Sales Execution:
Drive life insurance business through the recruited team.
Lead from the front and generate individual sales as well.
Ensure achievement of sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Team Management:
Motivate and guide the team to improve performance.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Customer Engagement:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Resolve customer queries and ensure proper service delivery.
Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain accurate MIS and reports related to sales and team performance.
Adhere to all company policies, regulatory and compliance requirements.
