Work Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM | Sunday Off

About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, goal-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing Inside Sales team at Bhash Software Labs. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, understands sales deeply, and wants to be part of a company that’s scaling fast.
You’ll be working on inbound and outbound leads — primarily engaging with SMEs, mid-sized businesses, and large corporates across India.
If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, and are hungry to grow fast, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
Call and convert leads provided by the company.
Pitch our suite of communication solutions (SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, APIs) to small and large businesses.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Keep records and update CRM with daily activity.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent spoken communication in Hindi and English.
0.6 to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development preferred.
Energetic, ambitious, and target-driven mindset.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Basic familiarity with B2B or SaaS sales is a bonus.
