Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate process roles
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/initial interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with team leads and managers
• Maintain candidate database and follow up for joining
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Ensure timely closures of open positions
• Assist in onboarding and documentation process
• Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any relevant field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify and screen candidates for sales and telecalling roles
• Comfortable with volume hiring and working on targets
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and basic hiring tools
• Fluent in English and Hindi (or local language)
