Collection Executive

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Collection Telecaller to join our Loan Recovery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers with overdue loans, reminding them about payment dues, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for loan repayment reminders.

• Follow up with delinquent customers via calls, SMS, and WhatsApp.

• Negotiate and convince customers for timely repayment or settlement.

• Explain loan terms, dues, and penalties clearly to borrowers.

• Maintain daily call logs and follow-up records in the CRM system.

• Escalate complex cases to field collection team or supervisor.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.

• Maintain professional and ethical behavior during all interactions.

• Handle objections and complaints with patience and efficiency.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
