Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Proactively engage in cold calling to identify and nurture potential clients.
Convert incoming ad campaign leads into qualified business opportunities.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM platforms.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Understand client needs and propose tailored digital solutions.
Act as a key point of contact between the client and internal teams.
Collaboration with Marketing Team:
Work closely with the marketing team to strategize and promote seasonal offers and campaigns.
Provide feedback on lead quality and suggestions for improvement.
Ensure alignment between client expectations and marketing promotions.
Sales & Closure:
Present and pitch digital marketing, web, and app development services effectively.
Negotiate deals and ensure timely lead closures to meet sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and closures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the digital marketing or IT services domain.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in handling cold calls and client presentations.
Ability to manage and convert leads from ad platforms like Meta & Google.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, and mobile apps is a plus.
