Business Development Executive

*Responsibilities:*

1} Market Research and Analysis:

2} Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand the needs and challenges of schools in the

region.

3} Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to position The Connecting People effectively.Client Acquisition

and Relationship Building:

4} Identify and target schools as potential clients, build relationships with decision-makers, and understand their

requirements.

5} Implement effective B2B sales strategies to acquire new school clients and expand our business footprint. Sales

Presentations and Consultative Selling:

6} Conduct one-on-one sales presentations to showcase our products and services, emphasizing the benefits for

schools.

7} Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand the unique needs of each school and tailor solutions

accordingly.

*Proposal Development and Negotiation:*

1} Prepare compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts for school clients.

2} Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

3} Pipeline Management and Reporting:

4} Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

5} Provide regular reports on sales performance, achievements, and challenges.

*Qualifications:*

1} Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2} Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on the education sector.

3} Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

4} Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

5} Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

6} Familiarity with educational technology and solutions is a plus.
