Job Profile:

We are looking for dynamic and driven Business Development Executives to join our team. The primary responsibility is to bring brands on board for shoots, digital marketing collaborations, and Intellectual Properties (IPs).

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential brand partners for shoots, digital campaigns, and IPs.

Strategically use platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram to connect with decision-makers.

Use tools and resources to find contact information and build brand databases.

Set up meetings (virtual or face-to-face) with relevant stakeholders.

Understand client briefs thoroughly and pitch creative ideas tailored to their needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to turn brand interests into actionable projects.

Requirements:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Instagram, and basic lead-generation tools.

A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to handle rejection and bounce back.

Ability to understand and articulate brand needs and offer relevant IP ideas.

Previous experience in BD, marketing, or media industry preferred.
