Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at AgniVridhi India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. This is an on-site position requiring proactive communication and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
Work on hot leads to convert prospects into successful sales.
Present and promote the company’s services to clients effectively.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Keep records of sales, interactions, and follow-up activities.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools is a plus.
