Job Role & Responsibilities:
Handle open market sales for Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP) in the Direct Vertical.
Develop and manage Known Lab leads through channel partners, connectors, and self-sourcing.
Identify potential business opportunities by generating leads and following up with prospective customers.
Conduct customer visits and explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved and drive revenue for the branch.
Work closely with internal teams (Credit, Operations) to ensure smooth disbursement and customer service.
Build a strong referral network for sustainable lead generation.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 3–6 years of field sales experience in HL / LAP (Preferably in Open Market / Direct Channel).
Strong knowledge of home loan products, documentation, and underwriting norms.
Proven track record of target achievement in retail asset products.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
