Branch Sales Manager

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for sourcing Home Loans / LAP.

Maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure consistent business flow.

Drive the sales of Home Loans & LAP through DSA channels while ensuring quality and compliance.

Achieve monthly disbursement and login targets.

Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor offerings and client preferences.

Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of files.

Resolve DSA queries and ensure timely payouts to partners.

Ensure adherence to company policy, KYC, and compliance standards.
