Elysium Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Academic Counselor (Female) to join our PHD IZone division. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and a passion for guiding potential PhD aspirants. The role involves interacting with students, understanding their academic goals, and helping them choose the right path through our doctoral research support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective PhD students.
  

• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable research programs and services.
  

• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
  

• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful enrollments.
  

• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
  

• Maintain a high level of knowledge about PhD domains, research trends, and company offerings.

Qualifications:
