JOB DESCRIPTION OF SUPERVISOR

Car driving & License is mandatory ( Automatic & Manual vehicles )

·         Shift punctuality and grooming of the parking team

·         Shift briefing and important considerations

·         Discipline and frisking

·         Maintain full ground strength

·         Ensure minimum queuing at entry, exit and central pay station

·         Count cash, store, lock and handover at end of shift

·         Prepare shift end reports

·         Ensure SOPs are followed

·         Track individual performance of cashiers and wardens

·         Conduct locational training

·         Conduct surprise audit checks

·         Handle incidents (theft, accidents). Escalate if unresolved

·         Provide customer service – punctures, direction

·         Handle VIP entry and exit

·         Liaison with mall operations manager

Work experience from big Retail format stores, House Keeping, Security service providing Background.)
