Store Operations Management
Oversee receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.
Ensure proper documentation of all inward and outward materials.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOP) for store activities.
Inventory Control
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and physical registers.
Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliations.
Minimize stock variances, pilferage, and wastage.
Material Handling & Storage
Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and preservation of materials.
Arrange materials for easy retrieval and FIFO (First In, First Out) compliance.
Manage critical spare parts, consumables, and raw material inventory levels.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with Purchase Department for material procurement.
Liaise with Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for material requirements.
Communicate shortages, delays, or quality issues to concerned departments.
Team Management
Supervise and guide store assistants and helpers.
Allocate work and ensure performance of store staff.
Conduct training for proper material handling and safety compliance.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure store operations follow ISO, 5S, and safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and hazard-free environment in the store.
