Retail Sales Executive

• Handle in-store sales of HP laptops in the showroom.

• Develop and manage both new and existing client relationships by delivering high-quality service.

• We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join our team at It World to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹24000 with growth opportunities.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

  • Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.

  • Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.

  • Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.

  • Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

  • Stay updated on new products and services.

  Job Requirements:

  The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0.5 - 4 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.

• Maintain and update the sales and client database regularly.

• Build and sustain efficient relationships with all clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Prepare customized proposals and quotations for target clients with relevant details.

• Manage receivables and cash collections in line with set financial KPIs.

• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication before and after sales.

• Collaborate with internal departments (Commercial, Marketing, Product Supply) to ensure smooth operations in terms of product availability, storage, delivery, and after-sales service.

• Coordinate with the marketing and promotions team to design and implement campaigns targeting key customers and market segments.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service.

• Maintain an organized store layout and follow visual merchandising standards.

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries about products and services.

• Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and reorder processes.

• Provide product demonstrations and explanations to customers to drive engagement and sales.

• Display goods attractively and ensure the sales area is always clean and well-stocked.

• Accept payments and record sales using cash registers and POS systems.
