Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise overall store and dispatch operations related to elevator components, spare parts, and finished goods.
Oversee billing and invoicing for all dispatches, ensuring accuracy in pricing, taxes, and supporting documents.
Verify customer orders and coordinate dispatches to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Maintain and update inventory records of elevator parts and accessories; conduct periodic stock audits.
Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for shipment planning, logistics, and order status tracking.
Prepare dispatch orders considering weight limits, packaging standards, pricing, and applicable offers.
Ensure proper packing, labeling, invoicing, and documentation for each shipment.
Match shipments with bills of lading, resolve quantity mismatches, and report any discrepancies.
Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding dispatch status, billing queries, delivery timelines, and material availability.
Maintain organized and safe storage of elevator components and ensure proper material handling.
Oversee entire store operations, including inward/outward entries, material inspection, and compliance with safety norms.
Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and order-related data.
