Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and placing candidates from our bench pool into suitable job opportunities with clients. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and negotiating with candidates and clients to successfully place consultants on client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential candidates in the IT industry for contract and full-time positions.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Manage relationships with consultants on the bench, ensuring their needs and career goals are aligned with available opportunities.
Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Negotiate and finalize offers with candidates, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
